Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

You may request deletion of the personal data GuavaTex holds about you, including any information obtained through Facebook or other Meta platforms, or through Google Business Profile.

How to request deletion

Email Contact@GuavaTex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the email address or mobile number associated with your GuavaTex account.
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile details, appointment history, and any data received through Meta or Google integrations are permanently removed. Records we are required to retain for tax or legal purposes are kept in de-identified form only.

Google Business Profile data

If your business connected a Google Business Profile to GuavaTex, you can disconnect it at any time from the GuavaTex dashboard under Settings → Google Business Profile. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored authorization tokens and any cached Google review data for that profile.

You may also revoke GuavaTex's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access there stops all further data access; to also remove data already cached by GuavaTex, email us using the request process above.

Deleting data from GuavaTex does not delete anything from Google. Reviews and replies remain on your Google Business Profile and are managed through Google.

Removing GuavaTex from your Facebook account

You can also revoke access at any time from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select GuavaTex Booking Online → Remove.
